Two key goals of business planning are minimization of taxes and insulation from liability. Effective tax planning must be implemented at the outset of any venture. With a tax attorney as well as CPA on staff, we can work closely with the client's tax advisor to address tax issues properly. To create insulation from liability, our attorneys work to coordinate insurance coverage for some risks and maintain the requisite formalities to prevent liabilities from passing through to individuals. Our goal is to limit guarantees whenever possible and protect your interests.
