Banking Practice Group

With attorneys licensed in Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts, we represent a diverse range of banking and insurance company clients including major out of state commercial lenders, some of the largest Maine-based banks, and a host of smaller banks. Our breadth and depth of experience in bank representation is greater than at any other firm in York County. We have been involved in commercial lending transactions involving hundreds of millions of dollars and major commercial workout and foreclosure actions, not to mention the scores of residential transactions closed in any given month. We also provide advice to bank officials on a wide variety of general business matters, ranging from employment and intellectual property issues to advice on protecting employees from criminal harassment.

We understand the need to predict and control costs and we will work with our banking clients to make acceptable billing and service arrangements. We are committed to providing the personal service necessary to keep bank officers informed about pending legal matters.
