Lawrence C. Walden

Lawrence Walden has extensive experience in real estate title matters, boundary law matters, condominium law, environmental law issues, commercial real estate transactions, zoning and planning work, representing real estate developers, estate planning and probate work, and representing small businesses.

After graduating from Bates College with high honors in 1974, a year of graduate study and five years in teaching, Larry attended the University of Maine School of Law and received his law degree in 1983.

Larry served as Law Clerk to Justice Robert W. Clifford (now of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court) and had a subsequent clerkship with U.S. Magistrate (now U.S. District Judge) D. Brock Hornby. He previously was a partner in a Portland law firm. He has taught Land Transactions at the University of Maine School of Law and lectured elsewhere on title and boundary law issues.

Larry is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of Maine. He is a member of the Maine State Bar Association and is an active member of the Real Estate Section and Title Standard Section. He is President of the Board of Directors of Casco Bay Lines.
