Leah B. Rachin
Leah Rachin practices general civil litigation in a variety of areas including commercial litigation, personal injury, municipal and land use law, collections, landlord/tenant, and probate litigation.
Leah received her B.A. with Honors from McGill University in 1992. She earned her L.L.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, Ontario in 1998. Prior to joining Bergen & Parkinson, Leah practiced with a large Toronto law firm where she gained significant litigation experience including class action and mass tort litigation.
Leah is licensed to practice in Maine and Ontario. She is a member of the Maine Trial Lawyers Association, the Maine State and York County Bar Associations, and the Law Society of Upper Canada. Leah has been an active member of the women’s community in Toronto where she founded a court support and advocacy program for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. She
is a former Vice President of The Children’s House in Arundel and is a Trustee of the Kennebunk Free Library.
