Susan B. Driscoll
Susan Driscoll is a litigator and trial attorney with experience representing individuals and corporations in a wide range of matters including complex commercial litigation, construction cases, municipal liability, land use and zoning, family law cases and personal injury. Susan regularly appears in all levels of State Court and has argued numerous cases before the Maine Supreme Judicial Court.
Susan received her J.D. in 1989 from Northeastern University School of Law where she was a regional semi-finalist in the American Bar Association's National Appellate Advocacy Competition. She earned a B.A. in 1981 from Rutgers University and was the recipient of an award for outstanding academic achievement in the department of sociology. Prior to joining Bergen & Parkinson, Susan practiced with large firms in Boston, Massachusetts and Portland, Maine.
Susan is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Maine and Massachusetts. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Maine State and York County Bar Associations and the Maine Trial Lawyers Association. Susan has served as President of River Tree Center for the Arts in Kennebunk and presently serves on the Kennebunk Zoning Board of Appeals.
