Jonathan Bangs

Jon concentrates his practice in business, finance and wealth transfer with extensive representation of small businesses, banks and developers in commercial mortgage financings, acquisitions, permitting, leases and sales of commercial, industrial and residential properties.

He has been a speaker in numerous real estate related seminars sponsored by Bar Associations, various private trade organizations and his clients. In addition to his private practice experience, Jon's banking and real estate background includes serving for ten years as a director of a bank, as an elected Planning Board member for six years, and as Town Counsel for five years. He has been active in several local charities such as United Way.

Jon is a graduate of Harvard College and Georgetown University Law School. He is a member of the Maine Bar Association and Massachusetts Bar Association.
