Bergen & Parkinson, LLC was founded in 1998 by a group of experienced practitioners with the idea of providing superior quality legal services in specialty areas associated with larger law firms yet with the personal attention and friendliness of a smaller firm.
Many of the attorneys in the firm previously practiced in the branch offices of three of the state's largest law firms. Because of our experience, we are able to offer an array of legal services typically associated with a larger firm practice. We provide these services at a cost proportionate to the size of the legal matter. We build strong relationships with our clients, listening to their needs and developing a preventative approach to problems.

Bergen & Parkinson, LLC is proud to announce that Leah B. Rachin has become a Member of the firm. Leah has been associated with Bergen & Parkinson since 2002. She practices general civil litigation in a variety of areas including municipal, land use law, commercial litigation, employment law, personal injury, landlord/tenant, and probate litigation.
Since its inception in 1998 by a group of six experienced practitioners and four staff members, the firm has grown to 15 attorneys and a staff of nearly 20. During that time, the firm has remained true to its core principle of delivering the highest quality legal services at a reasonable cost and with the personal attention that our clients have come to expect from us. Because of our experience and growth, we are able to provide legal advice and representation to individuals and businesses in a wide variety of practice areas.
